Rappers who beat Kanye West to top the ‘most streamed’ list

The rap world continues to see an evolution, with changes in technology and trends. But results have shown that rappers in the long run are still at the top with newcomers climbing the spots quickly. A list posted by RapTV on Twitter revealed a list of the first top five rappers. While Kanye West still remains in the top 5, he has been humbled by the other three rap rivals who dwarfed him, putting him in the fourth position. The rapper has a total of 26 Billion streams.

/West’s rival Drake is in the first spot with 53 Billion streams. It should add an extra zing considering how the Hotline Bling singer has been dissing Ye regularly through his music. Standing in second place after him is Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny, with 48 billion followers. His Me Porto Bonito was a single hit that spread like wildfire. His talent stands as an example of how music does not need the knowledge of the language; the vibe and beats are enough.

Eminem, on the other hand, began his career in the 90s and has remained a big name to this day. With 32 billion streams, he manages to win hearts, years after his prime. Others on the list were newcomers, Doja Cat and DaBaby.
