The singer made an empire out of his fashion business and became one of the few non-sports people to promote sports goodies successfully. He has been a man of many hats, from being a musician to interning with Fendi at a young age.

His two worlds would often clash because of his thought process. While the self-made billionaire’s music mostly centered around capitalism, his fashion brands were all about luxurious, expensive products. West wanted to sell products at a cheaper price, and that, along with his controversial remarks, led to his breakup with brands. Now, he has set up his own stores to sell products at these unbelievably cheap prices.

Kanye West wants fashion to be affordable for everyone. The entrepreneur who lost his billionaire status due to backlash presented a video for promoting his reasonable prices fashion clothing. As per a source, the artist said he is selling Balenciaga, Adidas, and Gap hoodies for $20. It is the stock from the time when he parted ways with the fashion companies. The rapper shared a video of his store in Los Angeles, where employees can be seen sewing, designing, and working on the material.

The garments visible in the video also have West’s ‘Ye24’ brand labeled on them. Explaining how he cut up 100 hoodies from the fashion brands, he revealed the reason behind the $20 prices. “We need to make sure everyone receives the same level of cuts, the same level of food, the same level of water, the same level of education,” shared the rapper.

The designer promoted his new venture by saying, “We’re engineering opportunities,” and wants to look at the future and move from the past. West also gifted one of the self-designed jackets to the cameraman while correcting him about his new name Ye. None of the fashion brands that he broke with have commented on West’s new venture yet.
