Netflix had a killer idea to get on board some amazing talents. Rolling out their collaborations with stalwarts like Steven Spielberg, Guy Ritchie, and innumerable others, the estranged royals joined the wagon too. The British royal Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle‘s brainchild, Archewell Productions, joined hands with Netflix in a non-profit setup. While they have a novel-based romance in the works, the Dukes’ recent special is the frontrunner right now. The special based on the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf, Germany, Heart of Invictus left his fans teary-eyed.

The Duke of Sussex, the founding patron, gave his heartfelt gratitude to the veterans who were a part of the Games. He said, “Thank you for putting so much into this”, referring to the multi-sport event featuring both servicemen and women. In the 2023 Dusseldorf edition, the founder had a special idea to turn into a docuseries, documenting the talents and willpower of the wounded fighters. In the clip, the Duke encouraged the veterans to feel proud of their work. He added, “If you feel like you might want to cry, then just fu*king cry.”

Fans in love with Prince Harry over the showcase of vulnerability

The netizens alike argued that it is hard not to like the man. The Duke has already once surpassed his wife and brother in popularity in the US, and Twitterati reinstated that fact. Not only did they love his ability to connect to the hearts of the veterans, but also fell in love with how he believed crying was anything but wrong. They saw the qualities of a good man in him.
