It features one of the most swoon worthy couples in the form of Charlie Spring and Nick Nelson played by Kit Connor and Joe Locke. While fans are biased towards the series owing to the almost diabetic level of sweetness, it has brought into their life, their love pales in comparison to Joe Locke’s. After all, it is his breakthrough series. This is why fans were curious to know what his favorite moments from the series were.

From the moment at the lock bridge to the final scene, Locke’s choices did not differ much from that of the viewers. Except in one case.

A pick of his that surprised fans was the one from Heartstopper Season 1 Episode 8 with his sister. While this later unfolded into a sibling heart to heart fans, were surprised, Keery chose it as a favorite. But he has a legitimate reason for it.

Joe Locke’s list of five favorite scenes mostly included the top most heartwarming moments. The finale scene and the lock bridge scene from Season 2 and the milkshake and dinner party from one, he pointed out fan favorite moments. However, the only exception was the emotionally heavy scene that features Joe Locke and Jenny Walser.

It is in moments like these that the show really breaks through the shackles of being a stereotypical romantic comedy and showcases the brilliance in the writing and the performances. Keery further adds that the scene is so close to his heart that he cries on demand whenever it is played. And as if he had not highlighted the significance enough, the actor revealed that he actually has the drums that he is playing in the scene at his home, curtsy of the props team.
