For more than one year, fans have been marveling over the end of Stranger Things. The massive cliffhangers of season 4 have left them unrested on how Hawkins will come out of the chaos that Vecna has spread. During this whole time, many eagle-eyed fans created plenty of theories about the final showdown. They are exploring all possibilities, from bringing back Eddie Munson through some supernatural gateway to make Will Byres the center of this war.

It, however, seems the latest statement of the show’s cast member David Harbour is taking this hype to another level. The actor believes the fifth and final season is something beyond imagination.

David Harbour has an update for Stranger Things fans 

David Harbour recently appeared on the podcast Happy Sad Confused to promote his new movie, Gran Turismo. During the conversation, the American star informed he has received a script for season 5 despite the ongoing double strike. He finds the ending to be a powerful moment now that he knows about it.

The 48-year-old also revealed that the story will pick from where they left and Hawkins is different now. Considering two alternative dimensions have collided, and it filled the city with smoke fires, and ashes. The actor gushed over creators who have once again created something mind-blowing.

“It’s a hell of an undertaking, too. I mean, the set pieces and the things in the scripts that we saw are bigger than anything we’ve done in the past,” added the Hellboy star.

This tease has come days after he called the last season euphoric in another promotional interview. But now he has given some major details about the characters too who have been tremendously brave all this time.

In the same interview, Harbour also expressed his excitement about shooting this highly-anticipation season. He said that it might take some time to film season 5, but this is definitely going to be a splashing comeback. The Black Mass star teased that Duffer Brothers have prepared a special send-off for all the characters.

Since they have lived on the show for eight years, they deserved to receive a goodbye that is worth every bit. Well, he did not go into the details but it is for sure Eleven, Hopper, Joyce, Will, and Mike, will get what they always wanted.
