Netflix’s obsession with royalty is no more a hidden love affair. The American streaming giant rides on some of its high-profile royal love stories, be it a depiction of the real-life imperial legacy of the United Kingdom, or a fantasized fiction of the English-landed gentry. Here is where series like The Crown and the fan-favorite Bridgerton franchises come into the scene. The latter has become a sensation among viewers since its recent updates have pushed the fans to the edge of their seats. Pushing all love stories to a side, Queen Charlotte is now at the centerpiece of the brand new mixture of traditional tales and the modernized Kingdom of Britain.

As reported earlier, spinoff was already predicted to be a game-changer for diverse cultures. Following the story of the individual clans, the creators of the show have come up with a spin-off of the enigmatic leader of the Kingdom. The Bridgerton and the Sharma families took the helm in the previous scenes. Whereas this time, the cameras revolve around a young Queen Charlotte rising to power, along with some of her spicy scandals raising eyebrows around the city.

Queen Charlotte brings in a whole new world for the Bridgerton fandom

Making her way out of the horrible scandals, Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story has given the Queen of Bridgerton an official line of fictionalized teas to sip with the upcoming drama. Shedding light on all the steamy plotlines coming ahead, the cast of the enticing royal drama has provided more details with new footage. According to the writer, Shonda Rhimes, this upcoming prequel to Bridgerton will bring in a “completely new world.

Hence, along with all the passionate drama that is about to unfold, we are certain that this is not the usual high-profile British Empire that we expected. As the story wears on, the video segment dwells into a passionate romance between Queen Charlotte and the juvenile English monarch, King George. Evidently emerging as a clear enemy-to-lovers trope, the young couple shares love to the stars, however, accompanied by angst and frustration all the way long.
