Along with photos of two dogs named Cindy and Sand, she expressed the need to find a forever home for them. “It only takes one home to change their life”, she wrote. She also tagged ‘joeysfriends’ Instagram page, which is her initiative to help with the adoption of stray dogs.

There is a whole website dedicated to reducing the load of dog shelters through these efforts. In fact, her last year’s Christmas post showed her and her boyfriend Jake Bongiovi decorating the Christmas tree in a video while dressing up and sharing kisses with their dog. Her poodle Winnie is also an adopted dog that has been transformed greatly and is often seen in the actress’ posts.
