Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have created their small world in their Montecito home in California. The royal couple have two children: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor and Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor. Archie was born in the United Kingdom on May 06, 2019, and he will be celebrating his fourth birthday on the same day as King Charles III’s coronation ceremony next year.

As far as Lilibet is concerned, she breathed her first at the Santa Barbara Cottage hospital on June 04, 2021. Harry and Meghan named their daughter after Queen Elizabeth II, whose nickname was Lilibet, before taking the throne. While the couple looks extremely happy with their small family, certain reports suggest that they are planning for their third child. This news is surprising, as they have just started focusing on their professional life with their docuseries and the Duke’s memoir releasing next month.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s inner circle is small

Royal expert Kinsey Schofield believes that following their exit from the House of Windsor, Harry and Meghan have been living a lonely life. The Sussexes do not really have a family apart from their two children and they have hardly managed to make a few close friends in the United Kingdom. The Duke is not used to living an aloof life, since being a royal, a good number of people always surrounded him.

Thus, the couple supposedly believes that adding a new member might bring some excitement to their life. However, Schofield does not think that Markle will be taking the pain of the third pregnancy as she had endured difficult times during Archie and Lilibet

“If Harry and Meghan truly are considering a third child, I imagine that it’s because their circle is small and their world is lonely. They trust a few and rely a lot on each other. Meghan has had multiple difficult pregnancies and I really don’t think she would even attempt to put her body through that again,” Schofield said as quoted by the Daily Star.

In 2019, Prince Harry denied the possibility of having more than two children. The royal Prince had said that Archie’s birth heightened his awareness of the environment and he would have only two kids due to climate change. In the light of this, the rumors of a third child may just be that: rumors.
