Interceptor was shot entirely in Australia, especially in New South Wales‘ various districts. Principal filming for the film started in late March 2021 and ended in May 2021. Filming of Mad Max: Fury Road, The Matrix, Hacksaw Ridge, The Great Gatsby, Gaslit, and Pieces of Her took place in Sydney. Therefore, they all share the filming location with the Interceptor.
