Timothée Chalamet once spilled the beans on his surprise dinner with Kanye West and others. The 26-year-old Dune actor achieved a lot at a young age, winning several awards. He began his career around ten years ago by appearing in the conspiracy drama series Homeland back in 2012. Thereon, he worked on several projects on the big screen and has just begun peaking his career.

Despite being cast for his looks and acting skills, what really impressed the fans was his vulnerability. He even worked as Jimmy in the rapper’s animated Netflix film Entergalectic, which is one of the highest-rated films wherein Cudi plays the role of a struggling musician who must choose between career and newfound love. Being good pals, the rapper invited Chalamet for dinner one day. During an interview, he expressed the whole surprise during Kid Cudi’s birthday dinner in 2019 and how the actor felt.

Chalamet got the surprise of his life when Kid Cudi invited him over for dinner in Malibu to celebrate the rapper’s 35th birthday. But little did he know that it would be so memorable. In an interview on Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, he said, “We’re hanging out, and then it feels like there’s an earthquake in the restaurant.” The actor was enjoying dinner when he looks back and saw Kanye West and Kim.

It was, like, epic. You turn around, and I was like, ‘Holy shit’,” he said. Fallon showed the camera a picture of the Little Woman actor with rapper Ye, Pete Davidson, and Kid Cudi, clicked by none other than Kim Kardashian.

Out of panic and the sheer shock of reality, the actor ran to the bathroom and began texting his friends thinking, “Am I worth…does this make sense?” He then realized that his 16-year-old self would have beaten him for panicking this way.

Later, Timothée Chalamet performed at ComplexCon in Long Island alongside Kid Cudi as well, where he recited the rapper’s intro from Man on the Moon: The End of Day.
