The Witcher has been getting a lot of attention from fans but for unlikely reasons. It is by far no secret that viewers did not want Henry Cavill to leave the show. He was the only string that connected them with this adaptation, despite the controversies regarding changes. Alas! the actor still elected to step down from the role to focus on a new chapter of his career. But before his departure, the British superstar left fans another season which marked his excellence in the role.

Season 3 was filled with epic battles as Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer escaped from one place to another to keep the princess hidden. But there is one moment that The Witcher star Freya Allan found to be the coolest among all she did with him on the set.

Freya Allan opened up about shooting season 3 

About one month ago, Freya Allan, Anya Chalotra, and Joey Batey appeared on an episode of BBC Radio 1. In the interview, the trio looked back at their journey of five years on the show. During the conversation, the host asked all of them about the coolest moment from the season according to them. In her response, the 22-year-old recalled episode 4 The Invitation, where they make a deal with the ferryman to kill the sea monster for crossing waters.

The young star loved the part where she killed the monster, jumping from above onto his head while Henry Cavill’s Geralt enjoyed the views. “I looked like an absolute twat because I was just dangling from the sky with half a sword,” Allan added. In place of the monster, she landed on a blue barrel with two blue men on both sides, she explained.

So this might have been fun for fans to watch, but it certainly was not so cool when she did it. Meanwhile, besides this, the English actress also has another favorite part of her role that fills her with power.

The Witcher star found a new level of strength

About four months back, Freya Allan sat down with Digital Spy to talk about the extreme working conditions in Morocco. The actress spilled that the shooting brought massive challenges for her as a human being. Under the temperature of 45 degrees, she had to battle just like her character. But these things gave her strength to survive in difficult situations, just like her character did in the show when no one was there to save her.

Hearing this, one can say that she almost experienced the same things Ciri went through in the Korath desert. She had dreams of killing monsters which were quite similar to the princess having visions in the desert. In the upcoming seasons, fans will get to watch a fierce side of Cintra’s cub considering she has gained all these experiences.
