Letterman lauded the Grammy-winning rapper for her political activity and ability to “think not only about themselves, but about the problems of the world at large.”
Cardi B told the late-night host that she seldom includes political references in her songs or lyrics, but she still “uses the f*ck out of my platform.”
Cardi frequently posts thought-provoking posts on Twitter and Instagram because she says, “you might think that people are not looking, but they are.”
