The actor even revealed what the fans could expect out of his last outing in the fantasy drama.

Perhaps one of the most shocking events for the fans, Henry Cavill’s sudden exit, still upsets fans even after all these months. However, it seems like the British actor surely wants to make his last outing a memorable one. As per Netflix’s official fan site Tudum, Cavill reveals there is a “real threat” while talking about the third season. He shed some light on the battles that lie ahead for Ciri (Freya Allan).

The actor told Tudum, “It’s genuine; it’s no longer theoretical — it’s practical. And it’s very, very dangerous.” Meanwhile, he further described it as walking into a lion’s den everywhere they go.

On the other hand, Lauren Hissrich also gave the fans an insight about the upcoming season. She revealed how the third season is basically the culmination of what the show had been building over the period. The creator explained that the story would now shift towards the continent stage.

It might interest you to know, but the third season of The Witcher will not be short on the death and destruction. While the previous two seasons had no absence of the same, season 3 plans to raise the stakes. Not long ago, another update about season 3 suggested that the show would also feature romance between Geralt and Yennefer as well.
