The Enola Holmes franchise is reportedly back to active development

Netflix is leaving nothing to fate after its record-breaking success with One Piece. While the Eiichiro Oda masterpiece sets on talks of its second season, the streamer has some movement with its popular detective saga’s third outing. As per reports, Enola Holmes 3 is in development with Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes and Millie Bobby Brown as Enola. Additionally, the upcoming project is set to drive the plot forward in cohesion of continuity with its second installment.

The third entry will have the teenage detective realize that running her agency is no walk in the park. The plot will also explore the investigation into a bouquet of death-themed flowers delivered to Dr. Watson. Enola’s fate with her mother as well as her quest to outsmart her brother shall also continue. Resplendent with the theme of handing more power to women, the Victorian-era story will further Enola’s sleuthing skills.

The road ahead for Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill

At a time when the Stranger Things actress has openly expressed her will to move on from her role of Eleven, she will still be latching on to Netflix. Millie Bobby Brown will helm another fantasy franchise for the streamer with Damsel. The 2024 release will see the young spirit in action as she fights stereotypes based on the damsel-in-distress theme. Additionally, her anticipated face-off with Vecna shall also run its course once production resumes.

Commanding an exceptional fan base, Henry Cavill demoed his power when The Witcher fell in ratings in tandem with his exit. While reprising his role for Netflix with Enola Holmes 3, the actor is moving ahead with his franchises. The 40-year-old actor will be seen latest alongside Dua Lipa in the spy-thriller Argylle. Soon following it will be The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare as part of his 2024 catalog.
