‘Heart of Invictus’ : Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Drop the Trailer for Their New Netflix Docuseries With a Release Date

Breaking the headlines once again, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are back with the much-anticipated comeback that had been swirling in the news so far. The multi-million dollar deal with the American streamer has been evidently going strong with the Sussexes. Despite the horde of backlashes for Harry & Meghan, Netflix assured that they are keen to render the partnership with the California royals. And so they did. Heart of Invictus by Netflix and Archewell has already plenty of hearts on the internet upon trailer release.

Prince Harry’s highly anticipated Invictus Games docuseries is finally here. In the later hours of 16th August, Archewell announcing development with the streaming giant was all over the internet.

How much is it worth and when is it coming to Netflix?

Soon after, the official accounts of Netflix, ranging from its social media handles to the Tudum page, all are basking in the royal glory interwoven with incredible humanitarian endeavors. The exact worth of this deal is still unknown.

Reports, however, have claimed that the entire Netflix deal, which Heart of Invictus is a part of, could be worth a whopping 112 million US Dollars. Ahead of the Invictus Games 2023 in Düsseldorf, Germany, this Netflix series lands on the 30th of August.

What is the trailer dropped by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle all about?

The limited series follows a riveting story of six incredible athletes competing for the Invictus Games of 2022. Prince Harry the Duke, who has always preferred a life of service to mankind, has exclusively produced the series. Taking the helm in one of the clips in the trailer, Prince Harry instills incredible faith in his fellow war heroes.

It is here at Invictus Games that you realize whatever you carry was the springboard that propelled you to the next level,” says the Duke. In another instance, he addresses yet another audience, worn and defeated, serving their nation. Prince Harry is undoubtedly the face of the project, having been the rightful founder of the tournament. Nonetheless, the core cinematic substance of the docuseries is a combined project of a much sought-after director and producer duo of British cinema. Orlando von Einsiedel and Joanna Natasegara.

Known for The White Helmets documentary, the duo stepped their first foot by bagging an Oscar for their compelling collaborative skills. Back in 2016, it was Netflix yet again, that hosted the Academy Award winner for the duo. This would evidently be the third project of the California royals with the American streamer.
