“He never left but..” – ‘Black Adam’ Producer Talked About Possibilities With Superman’s Henry Cavill in Future
There is more to Superman’s story that Henry Cavill can look forward to. The actor may have joined the Justice League back in 2013. However, due to the movie’s massive success, he reprised his role as Superman in several of the future productions, like Batman vs Superman, and Justice League, as well as appearing in Zack Snyder’s Justice League.
After a break of several years, The Witcher actor is back in his Superman cape to star alongside Dwayne Johnson to celebrate DC’s supervillain in Black Adam. But his journey with DC is far from over. And producer Dany Garcia gives out the possibilities that can be explored with Cavill.

The scope for Superman’s Henry Cavill in the DC world
Henry Cavill and Dwayne Johnson, both have held good names for having successful projects in their name. In a competitive world of fantasy world, DC hopes to fight for the lead using their character while exploring others. Black Adam co-producer Dany Garcia talked to ET about her future plans and hopes with the DC world.
“It was an amazing journey… I would say we had a belief there is a continuation of [Cavill] as Superman,” she said, while explaining on her latest project and how this was an emotional journey for her. “He never left it, but there are stories to be told.”

With Black Adam, DC wished to introduce not only that other character but others from their universe as well. But as per reports, the process to bring back Cavill as Superman was a lengthy one. So far, the team is happy with the results of their success. Going into the future, Warner Bros hopes to bring in light DC characters that have not been explored on the screen yet. This includes both its heroes and villain.

Both the gang of Justice Society of America and their anti-heroes made up Black Adam, including Doctor Fate, Hawkman, Cyclone, and Atom Smasher. It primarily focused on Adam’s storyline with JSA. Currently, there are talks of Cavill’s Man of Steel 2. Black Adam‘s success, along with other plans, will tell what direction will DC take for the continuation and exploration of their fantasy characters.
