Grieving Fans Call Foul on Netflix’s ‘The Witcher’ Season 4 Major Filming Update
What started of as a bestselling book adaptation in 2019 has now grown into a franchise with little to no fans except for its source material. The Witcher's tale, despite being among the most interesting on paper, curtsy of Andrzej Sapkowski has not had the brightest future, especially since Henry Cavill packed his bags and left the show. And since then The Witcher has been trying every trick in the book, to get the ball rolling.
After the SAG AFTRA, as Netflix finally got the ball rolling on the fourth season of The Witcher, the first with Liam Hemsworth, it seems that fans have thrown it right back. As Redanian Intelligence recently revealed the show will be filming in Wales this September. While this news would have gotten the crowd bustling, just a year back, it was met with agitated fans.

Despite the steamer as well as the cast members putting their hip to work in order to convince the audiences that Liam Hemsworth will do a spectacular job as Geralt, fans have yet to comprehend the fact that chances of Henry Cavill reprising his role are not just close to none, but none at all.
The Witcher Season 4 updates ever since they have started coming, have churned out little to no excitement from fans, and this one was no different.

The Witcher, ever since it came to be, has been at the receiving end of some criticism or the other, mostly stemming from its digression from the source material. The inaccuracy of the source was a hard pill to swallow but done nonetheless by fans in exchange for Henry Cavill as Geralt. However, with no Cavill and chances of source inaccuracy still at an all-time high, any news about The Witcher Season 4 is generating disappointed reactions or none at all.
Some fans also pointed out how the show has continued using Henry Cavill's face for promotions, leaving a bad taste in the mouth, especially since the "Yes, He's Geralt in Season 3" ad last year.

Despite the loud disappointment, not all has gone down the drain for The Witcher as Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra continue to have a devoted fanbase. And in the face of darkness, there appear to be some Liam Hemsworth fans as well.
