The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been the shining armor of the Royal family when it comes to charity work and giveaways. Even together as a couple as a beacon of light for those in need, the military Prince and the former Suits star believed in the art of giving. And thus it only escalated after marriage. The Duke and his Duchess expanded their reach in various aspects and have been rendering off their duties quite smoothly. Nonetheless, behind every big and small project they sign, Duchess Meghan Markle is at the center of it all. 

As reported by Vanity Fair back in 2019, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle graced yet another social event in the month of march. While Meghan Markle was prominently pregnant with Prince Archie, the duo took to the stage to celebrate the youth activism festival called WE Day. However, although Prince Harry was the one speaking the impactful yet lengthy speech, Meghan Markle stole the show by simply being there for her husband. 

And, of course, no one could underestimate the pregnancy glow on the face of the Duchess. While she kept it casual, with a pair of a navy blazer and Black jeans accessorizing it with a black Manolo Blahnik stiletto. No sooner did the Prince end his speech that Meghan Markle rushed towards the Duke for unavailability online. Clinging to her husband’s arm in a tiny gesture had left the onlookers all mushy over together. 

What exactly did Prince Harry and Meghan Markle say?

The Duke started off emphasizing his legs and the overall complete workout of the other half. The Duchess said, “the speech was the most engaged in history”. The Duke spoke of human resilience and how the people out there have been making a permanent argument.  If it is just the mother as the youngest to the monarch is a dreadful moment. We are with you! Get to work!” Harry shouted in conclusion, and the two walked offstage together. 

“Try to remember that not everyone sees the world the way you do, but that doesn’t mean they don’t care,” said the Duke moments before concluding the speech. He further spread the message that all the people together have an “incredible opportunity to help reshape mindsets, and empower those around you”. Having said it all, he, along with his wife, walked off the stage happily, hand-in-hand.
