It is raining charities in the Royal Family. After the Princess of Wales’s ongoing Shaping Us campaign took the internet by surprise, we have another estranged Royal joining the club. It is, of course, none other than the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry. Although this is not the first time the Duke invested himself in philanthropic ideas. However, this marks an important event in the Prince’s life since he alone is the patron of the organization. 

Throwing the Shaping Us campaign off the charts, The Well Child foundation has gained momentum given Prince Harry’s message going viral on the internet. For the unversed, this said the event is not affiliated with the Monarchy of the United Kingdom. It is solely owned and patronized by the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry. In other words, it is the sole inheritance of the estranged Prince, forever in his possession. 

Prince Harry calls on young minds to get rewarded for their noble deeds

As reported by the official handle of the Well Child organization on Twitter, Prince Harry has been patronizing charity work for the past fifteen years. In the course of the same, he got to work with genuinely kind-hearted and brilliant minds who wish to work for the betterment of underprivileged children and society as a whole. For the year 2023, Prince Harry once again calls on his followers to nominate anyone in their association who they think deserves to be awarded for their selfless service.

A few months ago, the winners of the same prestigious award got a chance to get on a quick zoom call with the Duke himself. The team evidently had a great heartfelt conversation among themselves uplifting each other in times of great despair. Given the outbreak of the coronavirus, the Duke had a live event back in 2019. However, it is highly anticipated that the Prince arranges a grand event for the award ceremony to compensate for the past years.

For the unversed, the Well Child organization is known for its diligent work on the aid of seriously ill children who are deprived of any treatment. They work hand in hand with some best people in the team to help such kids thrive in society at home, with families, like the rest of us.
