Like anything else in the royal family, the UK Sovereigns never get tired of something very dear to each one of them. For every other thing in the Palace, there is a bounty lot present to keep serving the UK Sovereigns. Similar is the case with the countless titles and pet names that they used to refer to each other in the royal household, especially Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
While it was thought that the multiple overdoses of nicknames for each other might not be a very royal thing to do, the UK monarchs do it just for fun. Sourced from Hello Magazine, the reports reveal that King Charles has a beautiful name for his younger daughter-in-law and it cannot be more well suited. For the Duchess of Sussex, King Charles had the nickname,” tungsten”.

The reason behind Charles’ significant nickname for Meghan Markle further read that the Monarch believed that she was just like one of those strongest metals on earth to exist. Meanwhile, Meghan Markle’s former friends referred to her husband, the Duke, by the name Haz. In another instance, at the Invictus Games of 2018, the Duke openly addressed his newly married Duchess as Meg.

However, that is not all. Hello also suggests that Prince Harry, in his younger years, used to go by the name Spike Wells. In fact, the Duke had also opened up a legit Facebook account with the same name, Spike Wells. Nonetheless, it is not just Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The entire family clan is full of such varieties, with Prince William having the cutest nickname of all.
His Royal Highness, Prince of Wales, was once referred to by a pet name called Willy wombat. His late mother, Princess Diana, gave the same to his eldest son and nickname and a will to live. Along With Prince William, his wife Kate Middleton went by the name Squeak in her childhood for she was a soft dish. Recalling its backstory, Kate Middleton once revealed how she was called Squeak and how her sister, who was always in their best outfits, was called Pippa.
