Similar to what Robert Downy Jr is to Iron Man, Ryan Reynolds is to Deadpool, and Henry Cavill is to Superman, Arnold Schwarzenneger is to Terminator. The 75-year-old actor has a mind-blowing portfolio. Not every actor can say that they were the governor of California, but Arnold Schwarzenneger definitely can. Before becoming a box office hit Arnold was also a professional bodybuilder.

But don’t leave your mouth gaping just yet. After a successful bodybuilding career, the actor stepped into the Hollywood industry, and it is safe to say he conquered it. With hit after hit, Arnold Schwarzenneger became one of the most sought-after actors in Hollywood. But nothing worked the charm like his portrayal of the science fiction superhero, Terminator. The actor in total has made five films and a fortune starring as Terminator. However, it is the massive amount that he made for starring in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines in 2003 that will leave your jaw on the floor.

How much did Arnold Schwarzenneger earn in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines?

Many actors especially those who are a part of a massive franchise such as the 80s science fiction thriller Terminator, charge a lot. This is no news to anybody. Robert Downy Jr. earned $75 million for starring as Iron Man in just one movie. However, for starring in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Arnold made such a profitable deal that it is to date the manga Carta of agents securing a deal for their actors.

Despite Terminator 2: Judgement Day being a sorry attempt at a blockbuster, Schwarzenneger scored $15 million, which is more than what Ryan Reynolds was paid for Deadpool. The studio had to pay $30 million to Arnold irrespective of the movie making it to the final cut. A perk package consisting of bodyguards, a private flight, a gym trainer, and an extra one million was added to seal the deal. It does not stop there. Arnold Schwarzenneger also scored a 20% of the gross of the movie

. In simple terms, from every penny the movie made at the box office, the actor would be earning 20 cents. Don’t know for you but for us, this definitely looks like a Shark Tank contestants nightmare. However, that wasn’t the case because of the massive star value that the actor brought with him.
