From interviews with his friends, family, and even teammates, Beckham already excited fans of the athlete. But now, Netflix has taken it to the next level with an inside look at what viewers can expect.

Four months after telling fans what they could expect from Beckham, Netflix surprised fans with a post on X, formerly known as Twitter. In the post, the streaming giant revealed the official trailer for the upcoming series, which sent fans into a frenzy. It also gave fans of the football legend the series’ release date, which is set for October 4th. The series has been hyped up ever since it was confirmed. And now with the trailer showing fans Beckham’s entire life story; the intrigue has increased.
Beckham also has a long list of celebrities and socialites associated with it, as the family has a lot of connections. But apart from David Beckham, the series will also feature Victoria Beckham, Sir Alex Ferguson, Rio Ferdinand, Paul Scholes, Roy Keane, Mel C (Sporty Spice from The Spice Girls), Diego Simeone, Carlos Queiroz, Luís Figo, Míchel Salgado, Florentino Pérez, Roberto Carlos and Fabio Capello, and even the star’s parents and children.
While fans have only gotten more excited with each update, there was one surprising revelation that the former England captain made that could help explain his almost spotless career.

And revealed how “tiring” the whole cleaning rituals were, but also said that he could not bring himself to stop.

The 48-year-old previously talked about his issues with the Daily Mail. David Beckham recalled that he would count clothes and place magazines in aesthetically pleasing ways to soothe his OCD. With revelations like that, one can only imagine what the star is planning to tell the world via the series.
