According to the latest report by PEOPLE, Walter White's house from Breaking Bad is up for sale for $4 million. The four-bedroom, one-bathroom home, located in Albuquerque, NM, has been listed by David Christensen and Sonya Avila of Christensen Group and Ryan Johnston of InterPhase Entertainment. The property has drawn tourists worldwide since the series ended in 2013.

According to Zillow, the 1,910 sq. ft. suburban ranch-style home's estimated market value is $343,100. To this day, fans flock to take pictures outside the property day and night, but are never allowed inside. While Aaron Paul once revealed that he does not make much money from the streaming of the iconic show, it seems the owners have found a way to cash in with the sale of Walter White's house. Fans are eager to buy the iconic house, with some jokingly saying it will take them from Breaking Bad to "breaking the bank." Others humorously remarked they would buy it only if it came with the iconic pizzas favored by the main characters or the meth lab that started it all. However, some remain skeptical of the listing, questioning its authenticity and the hefty price tag. "4million for that!??" exclaimed one of them while others followed.

While some said it was a clever marketing ploy, others considered it a genuine sale, but not worth such a fortune.
