Each passing day is bringing us closer to the release of the live-action series One Piece. Ever since the streamer announced that Eiichiro Oda’s manga would be getting a live-action, the fan’s excitement has skyrocketed. However, it surely has been a long wait for anime fans. The project went through multiple delays before finally releasing a trailer a while ago. While the trailer surely lived up to its hype, it also came with a huge blunder that the fans could not help but notice.

A few days ago, the much-awaited trailer for One Piece‘s live-action made its way to our screens. Unsurprisingly, the streaming platform left no stone unturned to deliver an incredible trailer. The 3-minute clip gave the fans a glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming series. Moreover, it introduced all the stars who would be a part of the show. However, the streamer failed to notice a minor mistake. Apparently, there was a filming error during Roger’s execution scene. A fan took to Twitter to point out that one of the extra characters in the background was wearing a smartwatch when the scene took place.

It did not take Netflix long before quickly reworking the scene. The streamer has removed the smartwatch from the actor’s hand. The scene is an incredibly important part of the show as it takes the audience through the execution of the King of the Pirates, Gold Roger. Having a smartwatch during such a pivotal moment seemed out of place that too in a fantasy setting.

It did not take long enough for the fans to compare the scene to another blunder that took place in the popular show The Walking Dead. Following a similar mistake, the creators forgot to remove an iPhone that was present during one of the scenes. Despite having made a blunder, the trailer did not fail to win the audience’s hearts.
