Jeremy Clarkson recently made headlines for all the wrong reasons. Following the release of all six episodes of Harry & Meghan, the English broadcaster published a column describing his hate for Meghan Markle. The royal writer minced no words while launching an attack on the Duchess of Sussex. He revealed that he hates Markle on a cellular level and is dreaming of the day she will be publicly humiliated in the United Kingdom.

The words used by Clarkson caused a storm as people from all over the world slammed the journalist. Clarkson’s daughter, Emily Clarkson, also criticized her father for his vile words. Moreover, ipso has received over 6000 complaints against the broadcaster. Meanwhile, Caroline Flack’s mother Christine Flack is the latest to raise her voice against Jeremy Clarkson.

Christine Flack extends her support to Meghan Markle

Seeing the hate for Meghan Markle, Christine Flack was reminded of her late daughter Caroline Flack. The TV presenter died by suicide in 2020 because of the stress and character assassination carried out by the media. Before her death, the police charged Flack for assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton. Christine Flack condemned the online abuse against the Duchess, saying that her mental health might be fragile.

The late actress’ mother further slammed Clarkson. She expressed her concern over Clarkson’s position that allowed him to publish his derogatory thoughts regarding the former American actress in the newspaper. 

“Someone like Jeremy Clarkson can just say what he wants, but it gets printed. That’s the worst thing! We all sit there and say ‘we don’t like them or we don’t like that’, but you don’t write an article about it, would you?” Flack said while speaking to LBC. 

Christine Flack also looked worried about the fact that despite having money and status, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are being subjected to such cruel behavior by the media and online trollers. Flack believes that if privileged people are struggling, then one can not imagine the stress for people without power.
