Stallone went down the memory lane and remembered the ’80s was an interesting era. The reason was that there was not a specific ‘action guy’. Until the time, there would be a little car chase and they would have a lot of conversations. However, Stallone started to see that change when the 75-year-old came with films like The Terminator, Commando, and more. The actual competition between them was when both of them landed films at the same time. And it started the rivalry between both these amazing action heroes.
Stallone even remembered their rivalry was like Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier. Because only one can stay on top, Stallone gave up and declared the star of Last Action Hero, which is now available on Netflix, to be the ‘superior’ man. Stallone even said Schwarzenegger had all the answers and pointed out one more thing about his fellow actor.
Not just acting but this quality of Arnold Schwarzenegger impressed also Sylvester Stallone
Despite belonging to the same genre, Stallone noticed Schwarzenegger used to play characters who would take a strike before coming back. The Austrian would select characters to play that were in control and typically had the advantage in any fight scenes.
