Fear Street: Prom Queen takes viewers back to 1988, when the race for prom queen is heating up at Shadyside High. But this is no ordinary teen drama. When the prom queen candidates start turning up dead, the students realize they are facing a killer with a taste for terror. Think classic '80s slasher flicks with a Fear Street twist: compelling characters, killer tunes, and plenty of scares along the way. 

Reportedly director Matt Palmer promises a film that will resonate with today's audience while delivering all the traditional slasher thrills that fans would expect.
