Dwayne Johnson Announced the Reimagined Live-Action Adaptation of This Fan-Favorite Disney Animated Film

One such film that has the soul of uncountable viewers, is getting a live-action adaptation, as Dwayne Johnson recently announced. Which film is he talking about?
Well, animated films make even an adult fall for them because it makes them feel lighthearted. One such film that has kept the fandom entertained and relaxed is Moana. The Rock had been a part of the animated film as well. He has now announced that with the help of his daughters; the film is getting a live-action adaptation with Disney Studios.

In his Instagram post, Johnson shared a photo with his daughters from Oahu, Hawaii to announce the reimagined live-action adaptation of the fan-favorite animated movie. Moana, Gramma Tala, along with the beautiful music and amazing dancing, the actor is coming back to reprise his role of Maui. However, who else is returning to the live-action adaptation is yet to be announced.
While talking about it, he also brought out his personal inspiration and why the project was so important to him.

Everyone knows how famous the film, Moana, is and how much impact it has on the hearts of the viewers. In his video as well as in the caption, the Red Notice actor revealed how much he respected his culture. He also added a more personal aspect and revealed when he would reunite with Maui, he would be inspired by the spirit of his late grandfather, High Chief Peter Maivia.
While expressing his excitement for the upcoming passion project, The Rock revealed the production is still in the early stages. The animated film did extremely well at the Box office by grossing over $600 million globally.
