Both are known to be outspoken about their views. In 2020, both personalities participated in the Presidential Campaign, but Joe Biden won the election.

Now, for the 2024 elections, Ye and Trump have been expecting each other’s support for the elections. The duo even met for a dinner at Mar-a-Lago, but that did not end up going as expected, with the latter facing backlash for dining with a White Supremacist. The former President got onto social media to clarify the whole situation.

What did Donald Trump say about Kanye West?

As Trump and West gear up for the 2024 elections, there are questions about whether the competition will turn them into rivals. But as per a source, the 45th President of the United States has now touched on the topic of his meeting with Ye. He said, “So I help a seriously troubled man, who just happens to be black, Ye (Kanye West), who has been decimated in his business and virtually everything else.”

Then continued to talk about he agreed to meet the rapper at Mar-a-Lago to give him advice. But according to him, the Yeezy designer showed up with two people not known to Trump. The former President even advised the artist to not run for the election, and that he would lose if he did. Trump was counting on support from West for the 2024 election, but the rapper, who is already going through his share of controversies, wants to compete for the Presidency himself.
