It is true that members of the royal family are not exactly on good terms with each other. Their wives, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton have also met with the same fate however, there was a time when the royal women had a close relationship with each other. 

Meeting your significant other’s family members is not easy, especially when they are from the United Kingdom’s royal family. Likewise, the former American actress, Meghan Markle also felt the pressure to get the perfect gift for her then-would-be in-laws. As reported by The Sun, Meghan Markle had the perfect gift for the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton as she turned 35 in the year 2017. As for the birthday present, Markle bestowed Middleton with a dream journal. 

The same gesture by the former actress saw a spike in the bullet journals resulting in a new wave of the trend. With Google searches breaking the bars with “bullet journals”, Markle knew she did not fail Prince Harry with the gift she chose for his sister-in-law.

Speaking of the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton on her part was also excited to meet Prince Harry’s then-future wife back in 2017. It was also quite important for Meghan Markle to make her first impressions the best as Prince Harry really looked up to Kate Middleton for her opinions on girlfriends.
