One of the most sacred relationships we have ever come across in the past half-decade or so, in the world of fiction, is perhaps that of Geralt of Rivia and his child surprise, Princess Cirilla. And now that it is almost time to go back to the Continent, let us take you back to some of Henry Cavill and Freya Allan’s favorite moments in the show.

The Witcher is notably lore about the beauty within complexity and mysticism. And the most magical moments one could ever find his perhaps in Geralt and Ciri’s beautiful relationship. Furthermore, while you may have many of their scenes close to your heart, one particular scene, the moment between Geralt and Ciri, and a moment of deep talks and reflections, is best liked by the actress herself. And did you know who suggested that idea? Henry Cavill himself!

Over a year ago, all four of them- the bard AKA Joey Batey, Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, and Henry Cavill appeared for the Netflix Geeked interview, wherein the host asked the 21-year-old English actress about her favorite scene with Cavill’s Geralt. To which she immediately replied, “Oh Yep. it was the one you said,” pointing at the British actor. It was the scene by the campfire at the end of season 2, episode 1 of the series.

While Allan said, “There was something about it. We connected in the moment,” the British actor continued on her lines by adding, “There were some genuine feelings in there. It was Geralt telling his story as a paternal or fraternal figure and Ciri felt safe.” 

Did you know Henry Cavill also has a favorite moment?

Well, even though the British actor has confessed he would rather like to be at home and play video games than going out; he seems to love location work. When the host asked about their favorite moment throughout, Cavill quickly chimed in. Though a tough question to answer a favorite moment, he said his “favorite time” rather was “during the Lake District.” He apparently found it so stunning, as if “a Hobbit is gonna walk around every five seconds.” 

Cavill further added that he loved it up there. “I love location work. And I feel you can really draw from the environment around you,” the actor added. Existing in such a place whilst being in the character is something that he perhaps fell in love with.
