As per Bustle, the page shared an anonymous story that stated that the royal affair is an open secret in London. They also revealed that Middleton is aware of her husband’s antics while describing her as old-fashioned. The post was not verified, but it was successful in initiating trolling for the heir to the throne.

In case you are wondering, Rose Hanbury has close associations with the royal family. She is the Marchioness of Cholmondeley and has been a visitor at many royal engagements. She is married to the 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley, David Rocksavage, and is the mother of three children. Notably, Hanbury and Prince William often see each other as they are part of the same social circle. 

Though there has been no explanation offered, the rumors are majorly believed to be false. Hanbury was a guest at Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding in 2011. She shared the same room with Middleton when the royal couple hosted Donald Trump. Also, her latest appearance with the Wales’ came during Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September.
