Before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot in 2018, the former performed his royal duties towards their UK sovereigns along with Kate Middleton and Prince William. Starting from the Royal Charity Foundation solely owned by William and Harry to their contributions to mental health, the three always lead the front. There are many pictures and snaps where the Prince happily accompanied the Prince and Princess of Wales on their royal duties. But is the Prince genuinely happy?

Reports have it that the Duke of Sussex was close enough with his elder brother- and sister-in-law. However, tagging along with them for duties is not something he prefers. The now sidelined Prince never mentioned intervening in his brother’s way or refusing to render his responsibilities as long as he was royal. Nevertheless, he seemingly did not like what he was doing. Then came his beloved Duchess, Meghan Markle, and things have not been the same ever since. 

Prince Harry did not like working with William and Kate Middleton

As reported by Hindustan Times, Prince Harry almost felt like a “gooseberry” while working with William and his wife. The Duke’s friends have revealed to the publication that he did not like the way the royals made him tag along with the two leads. The Prince had seemingly become fed up with having to work like a go-between without a partner by his side. 

However, his grand marriage with the former American actress, Meghan Markle, changed everything. This was apparently reported by an insider to Hindustan Times. Ever since their wedding, the two have always walked side by side through thick and thin. Pictures that had the trio of Kate Middleton, Harry, and William now have an additional member alongside them.

In the first three episodes of the docuseries, Prince Harry confessed to “just turtling” his way through the Royal Family. Hence, given the past revelations, a reconciliation between the brothers seems a distant dream. Despite their once-great closeness with each other, Wales and the Sussexes have walked their separate ways. Spectators fear a complete fallout between the concerned soon after the complete release of the docuseries.
