Despite the Megxit, Meghan Markle Is Still Aware That People See Her as “a real-life Princess”
The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle never had it easy with the royal family. What seemed like a perfect fairytale between the military Prince and the American mannequin did not last long with the other inmates of the family. Situations grew even worse, making it formidable for the couple to stay under the same roof as others in the family. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle denounced the Palace, but they could never really keep cutting off the regal ties themselves ever since.
In an interview with The Cut last year in the month of August, the now estranged Duchess broke down on how it feels like to live with the monarchical titles for a lifetime. She further expressed how her little fans react as they go, “Oh my God, it’s a real-life Princess.” Nonetheless, her ambitions for herself and those little fans should always be more than marrying a Prince Charming. Rather, hers was always about growing up to be a self-sufficient independent woman who does her things.
