November 9th witnessed the end of one of the long-standing apocalypse of the Hollywood industry, the SAG-AFTRA strikes. Ever since then, the anticipation for several pushed-back high-profile projects assumed expectancy. Among them, the final season of Stranger Things was already in cooks to sincere pledges. Recently, David Harbour announced resuming the shoot for the finale with a plausible timeline.

Following the announcement, fans are looking forward to an epic return of the Stranger Things closure, now more than ever. 

David Harbour confirms Stranger Things returns to the set while hyping up finale

The world of Hawkins saw the portal of the real and upside-down stretching open. With the volume four on bids to what happens next, fans have been caught up in conjecture. The warfare between Vecna and the humans is supposed to unleash in its final season. According to David Harbour’s conversation with ComicBook, he will be joining the sets as early as next week. A cue, that the shooting is starting head-on ahead without a break.  

He said that this anxious wait for the finale is worth everything because it is going to be, “..the finale that you need, that you want, that I want.” Harbour further said that this duel would be legendary. Not only that but also said that the team will likely “knock it out of the park.”  He also addressed the peaking interests of fans and how the final season’s supremacy is a culmination of all seasons made. 

While David Harbour acknowledged the potential of fan backlash, considering the peak of excitement following his announcement, it could merely serve as a strategic advantage.

Stranger Things brings its A-game for the finale

As Hawkins takes a firm hold to fight the evils of Vecna, fans buckle up their seats to witness the spectacle. With the announcements on escape and the alarms finally budging for the Stranger Things arrival, the 5-month delay feels small. Earlier, the Stranger Things writers association had shared the end of SAG-AFTRA strikes on their X handle, formerly Twitter, exciting their fans. But it never ends at that.

To keep up with the hype, Stranger Things season 5 also embraced Linda Hamiton for its showdown. Apart from that, the show is also supposed to take release in a binge model, unlike its other seasons with periodic halts. While the speculations for its shooting operations were already taking charge of the hour, David Harbour’s announcement unleashed the wave of shocker in full throttle.
