Casio Pays the Most Beautiful Homage to Their Vintage Archive of the 80s With Stranger Things

Casio America just announced the launch of the A120WEST-1A. This beautiful vintage watch is the outcome of their collaboration with Stranger Things. The company has dipped its wrist in the Upside Down, bringing the design that has haunted the minds of viewers for four seasons. Talking about this team-up, the vice president of Casio’s timepiece division, Tadashi Shibuya expressed his excitement in a press release. He said that the Japanese brand is undeniably a synonym for the 80s. Thus, this collaboration feels perfect considering the horror drama is an homage to the era.
“We are thrilled to bring fans a retro timepiece that will not only turn heads but also transcend the upside down,” he added. So people who want to get all the 80s nostalgic on their wrist should note down the release date given below.

This horror-inspired watch will be available for purchase on June 21 on the official website of the brand for $99.95. Apart from featuring the Upside Down monster on the display, it does have some cool features too. This includes a 12-hour analog display, alarm, stopwatch, and 50-meter water resistance.
The franchise has been ballooning its roots in the real world, whether it’s giving fans a sneak peek into the horror world with their amazing setups. Or launching games so fans don’t miss the show after its departure from the stage after season 5. Sadly, production of the final season has been halted due to the WGA strike.
