Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been the center of all criticism and backlashes ever since their renunciation from the Royal Palace. Their marriage has reportedly shattered all the traditional ideas of the British tabloids. Whatever the Duchess of Sussex did, instantly caused a wave of harassment online. However, if we look at the fair side of it, it did attract some Hollywood biggies to take her stance. One among the same was the American Rap Queen, Cardi B. 

When it comes to charging the media for their physical and mental assault on celebrities, women never hold back. And American megahit stars and celebrities always make sure they settle their scores with anyone who has defamed them. Remember when Cardi B joined forces against trolls for Meghan Markle to put an end to her media harassment?

What did Cardi B say about Meghan Markle?

Earlier in the year, Cardi B won her lawsuit against the infamous Youtuber. The accused had reportedly posted videos claiming disturbing news of the Up singer. Nonetheless, she did counter back and made sure all of it was gone for good. However, what made the biggest news was her wish to have talks with the Duchess, Meghan Markle. After her victory, the rapper took to her Twitter handle to say, “I need a chat with Meghan Markle”. 

It was also a reference to Markle’s own win in a privacy suit, against a publisher of the mail, last year. However, the lawsuit did not do enough justice to the former actress. And as of now, things have just aggravated more than ever for the Duchess. Cardi B has repeatedly called out media houses to stop media abuse against Markle. In fact, two years ago, the singer went live on her Snapchat handle and talked about Markle at a stretch. 

She evidently talked about “how miserable” it has been for Markle. “This needs to change,” Cardi B affirmed in her support speech for Meghan Markle. According to her, Markle has been constantly slammed by hate remarks targeted at her being an American, a commoner, and even dark-skinned. All these attributes combine to contradict the concept of purity of royal blood.

After Madonna, Snoop Dogg, and Stormzy, Cardi B comes as another voice of support for the self-exiled pair, who have been having a tough time with the media.
