Apart from Henry Cavill and his passion for Geralt, The Witcher has another attraction. It is none other than the romance between Geralt of Rivia and Yennefer. The pair has a sizzling chemistry that has always left fans wanting more. However, after witnessing the dynamics between Geralt and Yennefer in the previous season, there is a piece of good news for the viewers.

Before leaving the show, the English actor is set to continue his on-screen romance with Yennefer. Previously, the romance ended with Geralt’s sword on Yennefer’s neck. However, this season, it will be different. Because the show will portray the story from Ciri and Jaskier’s point of view, as reported by Redanian Intelligence. As the showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich also revealed, season 3 will be closer to the original books.

The third season will see specific scenes directly chosen from Andrzej Sapkowski’s Time of Contempt. Despite the complexities in their relationship, the romance between Geralt and Yennefer will take center stage in the upcoming season of The Witcher. Although which scenes they have picked from the book are not revealed to keep the fun and curiosity intact. But it is for sure the viewers will get to see the sizzling chemistry between one of the great on-screen couples from the eyes of Ciri and the trusted bard, Jaskier.

Nevertheless, there was also a possibility of the ending of the show as the British actor is leaving the show. However, the showrunner, along with a cast member, Mecia Simson, believes there are still many stories to be told.

When will Henry Cavill’s last season of The Witcher land on Netflix?

Netflix is preparing for the upcoming TUDUM event. Meanwhile, the historic drama is campaigning to release the full-length trailer on the 8th of June during the Summer Games Fest. However, amidst the hype for the forthcoming season of the Netflix Original, the platform decided to release the show in two parts.

The first of season 3 will land on Netflix on the 29th of June. And the second part will hit the OTT platform on the 27th of July. Meanwhile, the new posters for the upcoming season are already out with no signs of the trailer even now and the TUDUM event is fans’ only hope.
