Arnold Schwarzenegger Shared How He Trained Himself Mentally and Physically for the Netflix Series ‘FUBAR’
Even at the age of 75, Arnold Schwarzenegger trains himself physically as well as mentally before taking up the role. His recently released Netflix Original FUBAR got the actor to work for himself once again. Despite being an iconic movie star, Schwarzenegger follows a fixed routine to justify his role in his first-ever TV series.
Being a health-conscious individual, it is important for the 75-year-old actor to take care of his mental health. Because he has a lot of things to do throughout his day, he takes one thing at a time and focuses on that entirely. In his TUDUM interview, the Commando actor revealed what did he do to get physically ready to play Luke Brunner. As we all know, he performs his own stunts most of the time. Therefore, firstly, he befriends the stunt team. He understands how they are going to work things out, and he plans his workout schedule accordingly.

Schwarzenegger revealed he believed in reps. So, he did as many reps as possible in repeat mode. He did that to make the action his second nature. While working on his physical wellness for the character, he also took care of his psychological aspect as well. It does not matter to the actor if he is in the middle of a project or not. Every day he takes his bike rides and trains, whether in the gym or at his home. He even once shared his favorite protein drink on screen as well.
Along with his workouts, there is one specific thing he does to improve his daily tasks is meditation. The Terminator actor also revealed whenever he felt stressed or anxious about the things he had to do, he would try to sit down with himself. Meditating over things helped him realize it was important to focus on one thing. So, now, how does he implement this meditation technique in his daily life?

As the Austrian actor himself revealed, meditation helped him sort things out. Therefore, he tries to do one thing at a time with his utmost attention. For instance, he shared, he had to sign 10,000 copies of his upcoming book. So, he would try to focus on signing a few hundred books at a time. After finishing signing them, he would practice the speech that he would deliver in Viena.

Going through his speech 3-4 times, he would take up the task of going through the emails. After completing all these chores, he would play a game of chess with all the mindfulness.
