Arnold Schwarzenegger Is Back With a Bang! His Netflix Series ‘FUBAR’ Breaks Record of ‘Succession’ and ‘Ted Lasso’
When the action king says something, he certainly delivers it. Yes! We are talking about none other than the 75-year-old Austrian actor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Even after seven decades of his life, the veteran is as fit and maintained as his youthful days. Schwarzenegger, who began as a bodybuilder, has reaped the rewards of life in the best way possible.
Following his bodybuilding journey, he started on as an action hero in Hollywood and eventually became a household name. However, with time, he would reduce his time as an actor, only to become a successful governor of California later on. And with so many accolades under his name, the Commando actor would still not stop. He had once promised that he “will be back to dominate the streaming charts again.” And not long after, fanatics were blessed with his Netflix series, FUBAR.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, his action comedy flick amassed a whopping 1.53 billion streaming minutes on Netflix in the first week. That’s not all. What is even more important is the fact its debutant week saw it succeed even very popular shows like Ted Lasso and Succession. While season 4 of Succession garnered a total of 541 million minutes within the same period, Ted Lasso, the multi-award-winning soccer comedy series, performed slightly better at 769 million minutes. If you think about it, even the combined minutes of both shows would not reach FUBAR’s mark.
