Earlier this year Netflix declared that they are considering a cheaper ad-supported model. And now they are planning to bring the new plan later this year. They have already stopped the sharing of passwords. These actions were taken in light of the company’s heavy financial loss in the first quarter. However, Netflix continues to offer its games for free, with no intrusive ads!

Surprised to know that the streamer has games? Well, you are not the only one. The majority of the subscribers are not aware that with their subscriptions they also get a bunch of games.

If you have a Netflix subscription, you can access all the games in the library in the Netflix mobile app. Anybody who has a profile on your account can play these games. However, Child Profiles have no access to the games. You can head to your app store and search Netflix games or launch a Netflix app on your Android phone and tap Games from the menu. On iOS, scroll down the Home page, and you will find the Netflix Games row. Tap Get Game to download the game and then hit play.

Your game progress is saved to your profile. Some games need an internet connection, while some do not. You can find that information on the game page itself. To run the games you need Android 8.0 or later or iOS/iPad 15 or later and enough space. Once your subscription has expired you cannot play these games anymore. But your progress will be saved for 10 months until you delete the game or the Netflix profile.
