She was soon roped in shows like White Lotus. Her work earned her an Emmy nomination and even got her some brand collaboration. Despite the big-name projects in her kitty, her role as Cassie remains her breakout role. And the actress recently revealed one aspect of Cassie’s character that she incorporated into her daily life.

During an interview with W Magazine, the blonde actress revealed her secret to great skin. She revealed that she enjoys ice-rolling even though for her Euphoria character it was a desperate and crazy moment. Ice rolling helps her to wake up from a deep slumber and relax her face before she can get going with her routine. And now it is a must-have step in her skincare routine. “It just wakes me up and gets me ready for the day. So it’s a staple of my routine,” Sweeney shared during her interview with W Magazine. 

The star also had some great advice for her young fans. She urged her fans to eat well and stay hydrated. Interestingly, the fresh-faced beauty revealed that she always had a tough time dealing with cystic acne. And she found out that drinking enough water also kept those painful zits at bay. The young starlet also regulates what she eats. 

But apart from Cassie’s skincare routine, the star has also picked up some important life lessons from her reel character.
