Amidst WGA and SAG-AFTRA, ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5 Production Has an Exciting Character Update

Amidst the uncertain atmosphere in Hollywood, fans are eagerly waiting for their favorite shows to drop more content. Stranger Things season 5 is one of the most awaited Netflix Original series. Because of the ongoing strikes, the production of the show has been halted. However, that did not stop the production team from dropping an exciting character update for the show’s fandom.

The Netflix drama left fans on the edge with the ending of the previous season. Therefore, fans have their own theories for the next season’s arcs. Amidst the uncertainty surrounding their patience, the show dropped a character update on their X handle.

Is Max alive in Stranger Things Season 5?

In the previous season, Max is seen unconscious in the hospital.  As the season ended with her friends mourning around her hospital table fans were unsure if she would make it alive. That is until the Stranger News confirmed her return on their X panel.

 

Max’s character although vital is not all that Season 5 entails. The audience will also witness the final and thrilling battle between the Hawkins gang and the bizarre monsters from upside down.

The production team is getting ready to create the best-of-season finale. Meanwhile, the young actors are marching with fellow actors and writers and expressing their support for the ongoing strikes.

The Stranger cast stands firm on the picket lines to support the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes

David Harbour, Gaten Matarazzo, Finn Wolfhard, and other actors are actively participating in the strikes along with the Duffer Brothers. Carrying the strike sign, Harbour firmly supported the protest. To express his vote of support, the actor also donned a SAG-AFTRA Strong T-shirt and marched with his fellow artists.

The fan-favorite adorable Gaten Matarazzo sent fans into a frenzy by posing to express his positive vote of encouragement for the ongoing protest. And another star from the supernatural show, Finn Wolfhard, was also seen at the picket line, posing with a fan as well.
