However, Mimî M. Khayisa recently dropped tantalizing new insights on season four, spinning the web of anticipation once more.

Amidst the rising anticipation for the fourth season, The Witcher star Mimî M. Khayisa recently sat down with Metro to fan the flames of the upcoming sorcery era with Liam Hemsworth. Having already wrapped up filming for the immediate installment in the pipeline, Khayisa revealed they are stepping towards “the final storylines.” Although what awaits the fifth and final installment remains a tale for the future, Khayisa teased the remaining two as equivalent to “one really long season.”

Khayisa dropped some teasers for season four, including the news that they have shot two distinct variations of the finale episode as the team continues to weigh their options for the season’s conclusion. “I think it will be a great watch,” The Witcher star hoped, while sheepishly admitting that she may be a little “biased” because of her involvement in the show. However, her own excitement spoke volumes about what The Witcher potentially has in store.

That said, Mimî. M Khayisa also seized the opportunity to endorse the new Geralt, Liam Hemsworth.

Since the announcement of Liam Hemsworth overtaking the mantle of Geralt from Henry Cavill in The Witcher’s forthcoming installment, the actor has confronted a fair share of skeptics who believe less of him. Especially, after the first look at Geralt from season four, fans have donned the critic’s hat, but Mimî. M Khayisa set the record straight, refusing to step back from the defense lines. In her conversation with Metro, Khayisa lamented fans’ forgetfulness that actors are human too. 

Khayisa pointed out that Hemsworth, like the fans of The Witcher, is well aware of the daunting task ahead of him. Unfortunately, the skepticism surrounding his casting only adds to the pressure. On a more positive note, Khayisa revealed that Hemsworth’s arrival coincided perfectly with the post-strike hiatus when the team was eager to return to work and the new Geralt brought with him a “giddy energy.” While Khayisa’s teasers were enough to anticipate a fresh dynamic in the show, she now joins the chorus of the other stars who believe Hemsworth has it in him.
