Finally, the world will see Margot Robbie in a live-action adaptation of Barbie. Greta Gerwig is going to be the co-writer and director of the upcoming movie. The film has been in the works for a long time now. Recently, a Twitter user posted a picture of the poster of the film and wrote, “reminder that they almost chose amy schumer to be barbie.” Now, some fans are in support of the filmmakers not casting her while others showed their support to Amy Schumer.

Amy Schumer has a reputation as a comedian as well. Therefore, fans think it would have been fun to see her as the lead. But the Robbie fans think otherwise. They think they can imagine no one else but her being the lead in Barbie.
