Amidst ‘Highlander’ Exit, Henry Cavill Is Flaunting His Newest Project ‘The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare’ on Instagram Alongside Guy Ritchie

After his exit from The Witcher and DCU, Henry Cavill secured some interesting projects. Being the lead in Highlander was one of them. While yet another Hemsworth brother might take over his role in Highlander, Cavill is not stopping. Recently, the British actor posted a picture from his upcoming film, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, and sent his fans into a frenzy.

Amidst his preparations for adapting his favorite video game, Warhammer 40,000, the Enola Holmes actor is also going to star in a bond-like film, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. Although the actor is yet to fulfill the fantasy of his fans, who want him to play the next James Bond. However, until that happens, Cavill showed off the picture from his upcoming film on his Instagram handle.

With the caption, “Gus and the Governor”, the English actor won the hearts of his fans. On one hand, fans addressed him as their Superman (despite the exit) with comments like, “Forever my Superman,” and on the other, many expressed how they couldn’t wait to see the movie when it comes out. This latest post comes after the recent hiatus-breaking post from the Britisher in which he shared a glimpse of Ritchie’s movie.

While fans could not keep their calm, they also found pictures of their favorite actor shooting in Turkey.

Henry Cavill shoots the upcoming film in Turkey

Fans have their own ways of getting the information. As the 39-year-old actor has been busy with his next projects, fans on Twitter found him shooting in Antalya, Turkey.

Although the plot details of the film are not revealed yet, the film is based on the book of the same name by Damien Lewis. It is a true story of a secret World War 2 conflict organization. Winston Churchill and author Ian Fleming founded the organization that used warfare against the Nazis. It changed the course of the war and gave birth to the modern black operations.

Arash Amel, Paul Tamasy, and Eric Johnson, along with Guy Ritchie, penned the screenplay of the film. Eiza González, Cary Elwes, Til Schweiger, Henrique Zaga, Babs Olusanmokun, and more are going to be the stars of the film along with The Witcher star.

This film is not the first collaboration between Cavill and Guy Ritchie. They both have worked together in a 2015 film, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Both of them are going to work together once again in the same film for the sequel as well.
