Amidst ‘FUBAR’s Global Success, ‘The Terminator’ Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger Flaunts ASMR Skills Alongside Monica Barbaro
After months of teases and head-ups, FUBAR finally arrived on Netflix. The action comedy is already starting to pick up traction on the streaming giant. In three days, only the show has taken the first spot on the top 10 list, leaving the much-loved XO, Kitty behind. It’s no surprise, considering fans have waited long for this legendary actor’s return to the screen, since he has been rarely seen on stage in his post-Governator days.
You may be wondering now how the actor is celebrating this success. And if you know him well, you can expect something far more twisted and intriguing, as usual.

The former bodybuilder recently turned to Instagram to share a video with his 23 Million followers. “I want to introduce you to ASMR-nold…and Monica ASMRBARO. #FUBAR NOW STREAMING ON @netflix,” he wrote in the caption. The video showed Schwarzenegger sitting with his on-screen daughter Monica Barbaro for an ASMR session.
In the opening, he described the meaning of ASMR to the people who don’t know about it. In a murmuring voice, he said that this is a tingling sensation triggered by some sounds and feelings. Moving forward, the action duo gave many examples of the same from lighting a stogie to unlocking a lock to opening the True Lies tape.
This session takes a dangerous turn when the actress hands her costar a present. Shockingly, this turns out to be an explosive bomb that blasts while the 32-year-old escapes.
Meanwhile, FUBAR received mixed reviews from fans and review aggregators.

Although the show is currently trending on the streaming giant, it has received unfavorable reviews from critics. Most of the subscribers are demanding different shows despite FUBAR scoring an 8.3 on IMDb. Moreover, USA Today has badly slammed the series, calling it “atrocious” and painfully “cringe”.
On the aggregate website Rotton Tomatoes, the comedy drama has received only 51% rating on tomatometer and 71% on audience score. However, people who haven’t streamed the show yet can let go of these reviews because some might like the funny elements Schwarzenegger pulled magnificently on the show.
