Meghan Markle has a troubled relationship with not only the royal family but also with her father, Thomas Markle. Her father and two half-siblings, Samantha Markle and Thomas Markle Jr, have not been appreciative of her following her marriage to Prince Harry. Meghan Markle did not invite her step-siblings to her royal marriage in 2018, while her father gave the occasion a miss because of his health concerns. Meanwhile, it was only through the docuseries that the viewers were introduced to Markle’s niece Ashleigh Hale. Unlike her mother Samantha Markle, Hale shares a heartwarming equation with the Duchess. Interestingly, the immigration lawyer also has a good bond with Sussexes’ children, Archie and Lilibet. The fans were left in awe at a clip of the three cousins spending some quality time with each other.

Twitter swoons over Meghan Markle and Ashleigh Hale

In one of the clips shared in Harry & Meghan, the viewers saw Meghan Markle and Ashleigh Hale plucking tomatoes from the former’s garden in Montecito. The moment became more adorable as Archie and Lilibet joined them. While helping their mother and sister, the two little royals looked cute. The short clip soon went viral on Twitter and the users praised Hale for not being negative like her mother Samantha Markle.

There were two more moments in the docuseries that hinted towards a heart-melting bond between Markle’s niece and her children. In one of the pictures, Hale was seen helping Archie prepare zucchini muffins while, in another snap, she was babysitting Lilibet.

It was in late 2021 that Meghan Markle rekindled her relationship with her niece. In the docuseries, the former American actress reflected on how she was close to the immigration lawyer as they went on trips and did a lot of fun. However, there was a crack in their relationship in 2018 as the Palace denied Markle permission to invite her niece to the wedding.
