In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter) by Redanian Intelligence, it was revealed that Royce Pierreson, Therica Wilson-Read, and Tom Canton were spotted at the Trolls & Légendes music festival in Belgium. The Witcher stars had clicked a photograph together to share with their fans. While the 34-year-old actress would be returning to the series to play Istredd, the actor who played Filavandrel had reached the end of his time on the show in the last season.
With filming for the show not set to begin until the middle of 2024, it looks like the stars seem to be taking advantage of their time to unwind. After all, with three intense seasons since The Witcher began, the cast might have needed the break. Although updates about shooting and more have made their way online, fans are still confused about how the show will handle the departure of Henry Cavill and the addition of Liam Hemsworth in the iconic role.
While there have been many questions surrounding the fourth season of The Witcher, fans will have to wait quite some time before they get any answers.

Last year, the world was disappointed by the third season of Henry Cavill's The Witcher. However, with the actor leaving, the series shifted its focus to another fan-favorite character, Freya Allan's Ciri. With her taking center stage in the upcoming season, the hype of it has shot up. While the cast had been given their scripts earlier this year, it was revealed that filming would not begin until September 2024. So far, no release date has been teased, but fans have come up with their own.
With filming starting close to the end of this year, there has been speculation that the show could wind up on Netflix sometime in the summer of 2025. While that might be quite a wait away, there is no doubt that the streamer will find a way to build more hype before the new season finally drops online.
