Ahead of ‘The Witcher’ Season 3, Netflix Tudum Makes Fans Choose Sides With Their Exclusive Polling Booths
Just 10 days before The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2 is set to release, Netflix Tudum just dropped some interactive content for the fans. Andrzej Sapkowski’s book-based fictional land, The Continent, has some fresh polls to choose from on Tudum, and it’s all set for fans to pick and choose their sides. This fresh toss of a coin to your “favorite Witcher” as Tudum calls it, is an ode to the joy and love of chosen families.
Tudum shared 3 exciting polls. The first poll features a gateway destination in The Continent, transporting you to any mystical location that you’d like to visit. You can choose between the Kaer Morhen fortress, the Northern Kingdom of Cintra and, the magical academy of Aretuza, and the Forest of Death, Brokilon. This presents a very clear choice between the Geralt of Rivia, The Nilfgaard, the magical academy where Yennefer and Ciri go to, and Lady Eithné’s deadly forest.

The second poll is about your choice of the show’s soundtrack. The folk-cum-pop ‘Toss A Coin To Your Witcher’, the heartbreak song ‘Burn Butcher Burn’ and Jaskier’s songs about the monsters ‘You Think You’re Safe’ are for the run. Choose your Jaskier melody.
Finally, when you have your choice of land and background song chosen, who would you like to skate within the chosen family – Geralt, Yennefer, or Ciri? Along with these polls, you’ll also have a guide to The Witcher’s land and their merch store.
By inviting fans to engage with their preferences and opinions, Netflix tried tapping into the enthusiasm for the upcoming part 2. This generation of buzz is definitely a great marketing tactic, and here’s why.

While you’d think publishing the news of Henry Cavill’s exit won’t affect the fans, you are mistaken. The announcement of Cavill’s exit left a major mark on the show even before the trailer of the second part got released. The viewership for Volum 1 of Season 3 could have declined due to multiple reasons. While it could possibly be due to the growing disinterest owing to the Superman actor’s exit, it could also be due to fans waiting for the entire season to air from start to finish.
But as we already know, Netflix is a bearer of great marketing skills. They left no stone unturned for the upcoming second part of Season 3. From interactive fan polls to generating buzz around how his character might meet his end, they are ready to enchant you in 10 days.
